Anne Goldsmith, Surgical Assistant
A pillar of our Practice, Anne has been a surgical assistant with us for nearly 30 years, and has been involved in the placement of over 10,000 dental implants. Not only does Anne know exactly what our patients need to be comfortable before, during and after any surgery, she is extremely knowledgeable about all of our procedures and products. Patients feel relaxed and confident having Anne chair-side, and appreciate seeing her happy face when they come back many years later.
Kimberly Phillips, RDA – Surgical Assistant
Kimberly has been a surgical assistant for 30 years and her gentle, patient approach sets our most anxious patients immediately at ease. With a background steeped in Periodontics, she is very experienced in both the dental implant and periodontal surgical procedures and products used in our office, and has developed a reputation for making the most annoying sutures feel more comfortable.
Kacey Lawson, RDA – Surgical Assistant
As the newest member of our surgical team, Kacey brings to our Practice fresh eyes, infectious enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. After completing her RDA in 2018, Kacey joined us as an “assistant in training” under Kimberly and Anne, to learn the PermaDent way of caring for patients. Her gentle, yet confident approach is the perfect foundational qualities to build upon, and her addition to our team has been invaluable.
Michelle Acosta, Front Office
Michelle’s dazzling smile greets everyone that comes into our office and immediately makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re scheduling appointments, making a payment or you have questions about insurance, Michelle will take excellent care of you. A lifetime South Bay resident, Michelle has been in dentistry for nearly 2 decades, and loves being a part of caring for patients and their smiles.
Lucy Halbasch, Hygienist
If you’ve been under Lucy’s hygiene care, you already know she is second-to-none. Lucy’s gentle touch makes it almost impossible to believe she can deliver such exceptional treatment, but somehow, she manages to get the job done in the most effortless way. Over the past 22 years, Lucy has crafted her skills as a hygienist to make even the most dental-phobic patients relaxed when they come to see her, and she has earned a reputation for being able to give you a cleaning better than any you’ve had before.
Tracy Fitzpatrick, Practice Manager
Tracy is new to dentistry, but not to caring for people. She has spent the last 24 years as “Momager” to her 3 daughters, while juggling a corporate and then consulting career. In 2017, she joined PermaDent and brought with her a professional skillset that rounded out the practice nicely. As a meditation teacher for many years, Tracy worked with a variety of people to help reduce stress and bring balance to their lives, and she carries that same philosophy into our practice so that we meet our number one goal: everyone, from our team members to our patients, feels cared for.
